Driver responsible for killing four persons in tragic crash at singapore

The Driver  killed four persons in a tragic crash last week in Singapore has been identified and his name was  "Toh Cheng-Yang" he is  34 year old and   according to media of singapure, 
Toh Cheng was driving the Honda Stream car  and was crash with  another car along the Central Expressway, causing  the deaths of Amron Ayoub, his Korean girlfriend Jamie Song and the latter’s parents.

The accident was happened in the early morning on  National Day.
Amron who had died through this accident, was young man of only 23 and  died because of  multiple injuries in hospital, according to  local media, his girlfriend Jamie  Song and her parents were killed on the spot. Accident happened just after they got out of their Toyota Wish which had blown a tyre and was parked on the road side.
A news Paper said that Jamie's brother, who was driving the car, was fortunate to escape because  he was standing beside the car, and Toh Cheng car hiting the car behind.  Amron's car was a mangled wreck and the  back side of the car was completely crushed  apart.
The accident happened on the CTE towards the Seletar Expressway just before "Yio Chu Kang"  slip road exit. It also reported that five persons were going their way to the airport. 
Toh was arrested for dangerous driving and also killing the four persons and his licence suspended, according to police. 
According to SCDF Personnel that he had complaining chest and head pain whenthey arrested. 
He was also released later on bail, according to local media.
